Business Etiquette Digital and In Person)

Etiquette Digital & Business means understanding how to communicate, present yourself, and interact respectfully in both online and professional environments. It includes using appropriate language, practicing good digital behavior, respecting others, and demonstrating professionalism in meetings, emails, social media, and business settings. Strong etiquette helps young leaders build confidence, protect their reputation, and create positive relationships wherever they go.

Literacy (education, reading, communication)

Literacy is the ability to learn, read, understand, and communicate information with confidence. It strengthens educational growth, expands knowledge, and helps girls express their ideas clearly through reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Strong literacy skills empower young leaders to think critically, communicate effectively, and confidently use their voices in school, leadership, and everyday life.

Leadership (confidence, voice, decision-making)

Leadership is the ability to lead with confidence, use your voice with purpose, and positively influence others. It helps girls develop the courage to express their ideas, make thoughtful decisions, solve problems, and take responsibility for their choices. Strong leadership skills empower young women to trust themselves, stand boldly in their values, and create meaningful change in their communities and beyond.

Mentorship

Mentorship is a supportive relationship that provides guidance, encouragement, and wisdom to help girls grow personally, academically, and professionally. Mentors help young women build confidence, discover their strengths, develop new skills, and make informed decisions as they pursue their goals. Strong mentorship connects girls with positive role models who inspire them to believe in their potential, overcome challenges, and confidently SOAR into their purpose.

Authorship is the process of discovering your voice, developing your ideas, and expressing your story through the written word. It helps girls strengthen creativity, communication, confidence, and discipline as they learn how to transform their experiences and ideas into meaningful written works. Through authorship, young women are empowered to become published authors, share their voices with the world, and create a lasting legacy for generations to come.

Artificial Intelligence Training

Artificial Intelligence Training teaches girls how to understand and responsibly use AI tools to support learning, creativity, communication, and problem-solving. It helps young women develop practical technology skills while learning the importance of critical thinking, digital responsibility, originality, and making informed decisions when using AI. Through AI education, girls are better prepared to confidently explore future opportunities, develop innovative ideas, and become future-ready leaders in a changing world.
